A two day workshop created by Daniel Thomas Freeman to explore why being creative is sometimes so hard and so difficult to prioritise.
And how do artists cope with doubt and self-criticism in their artistic life?
The course includes practical tools and exercises as well as some short meditation sessions led by Valerie Adam Freeman.
Attendees will be guided to collectively and individually examine the spirituality of using their own unique creativity and how to
revive that creativity when it has been blocked in the short, medium or long term.
